General Information

  • Track chairs prefer electronic submissions. Please attach your paper as a word document file to your email submission.
  • Papers will be reviewed using a blind evaluation process. Author names should appear only on the title page. Authors should refrain from identifying themselves or their institution elsewhere in the paper. Title pages should be emailed as a separate file.
  • Submission indicates that the paper or a similar version of it has not been previously published, accepted for publication, and /or is not currently under review for publication elsewhere.
  • Typical total length of submission is 15 double-spaced pages including appendices, references, figures and tables. "Abstract only" or "Reference list available" versions will not be reviewed or published.
  • Author(s) agree, upon acceptance, to return a final formatted electronic copy of the paper in a Word document in Windows environment to the proceedings editor, Dr. Jerry W. Wilson (jwwilson@georgiasouthern.edu). Figures, tables, etc. in color are being accepted now for the proceedings.
  • At least one author per accepted paper must register for the conference within ten days of notification of acceptance of the paper. Each accepted paper must have a registered author associated with it and at least one co-author presenting it at the conference.
  • Any accepted manuscript must be submitted for publication in the refereed proceedings for the presentation to be scheduled in the conference program.
  • Submission deadline is April 21, 2009.
